There Is A Path
This is a song for writers, and those who need to write. The path to the light begins when pen meets paper. Dan wrote this for a family member who was having a tough time. Written while at the family cabin in the Berkshire hills of western Massachusetts, this song is as much about Dan’s own journey of self-discovery through songwriting.
In this busy world it can be hard to express deep emotions. What we bottle up inside can eat away at us and drag us down. Writing allows us to capture those feelings, and then let them go. We can revisit them later, but need not hold them in.
Write a poem, write a song, write a story, short or long. Make it fiction, make it real, your very soul, it will reveal. Your very soul, it will heal.
